    I ordered a package about a month ago. Normally, it takes about 8-10 days for it to arrive. It hadn't, so I contacted Kohl's. Come to find out the package was lost in the midst of the holiday craziness (this is the first time it had happened and I shop at Kohl's just about every month or two). The representative at Kohl's was extremely friendly and apologetic and said my credit card would be credited back with the purchased amount immediately. Additionally, he said I could go ahead and place a new order and I would also receive an ADDITIONAL 15% off for inconvenience. What an exceptional service! By the way, all communication was done via email.
